Booking & Cancellation Fees
Refund policy
  • Once your change or cancellation is processed, we will issue a refund to your provided bank account on the same day.
    However, for real-time bank transfers (full cancellation) and credit card payments, the authorization will be reversed, which may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • For mobile payments, only same-month cancellations are accepted. If canceled in the following month, the refund amount will exclude the 3.5% processing fee.

Important Notes: Changes & Cancellations
  • All deadlines are based on 18:00 Korean Standard Time (KST). Requests received after 18:00 KST will be treated as received the following day.
  • Check-in date calculations are based on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in World.
  • If the product supplier's cancellation policy is stricter than ours, their policy will take precedence.
  • Pre-announced guaranteed bookings (non-refundable reservations, etc.) are fully non-refundable, regardless of how much time remains.
  • For hotel bookings, early check-out after check-in is non-refundable for the remaining nights.
  • For hotel bookings, non-Korean guests (including foreign passport holders) may be subject to separate foreigner rates.
  • Please be aware that making 2 or more changes or cancellations may result in a penalty from the supplier, even on dates that would otherwise qualify for a full refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be made through Winwin Travel. We are not responsible for any issues or losses arising from cancellations made directly with the hotel or service provider.
  • Winwin Travel acts as a booking agent on your behalf. Any disputes regarding misrepresentation, substandard services, deposits, or other matters must be resolved directly between the customer and the relevant product supplier.
