Points policy

Winwin Travel offers points in two main ways.

Our points program is designed to reward customers and help them enjoy more excitement, fun, and memorable travel experiences.

Earn points based on product reservations

Points are earned when you book and use any Winwin Travel product.

Local-currency payments are not eligible for points.

Payments in JPY are not eligible for points.

Benefits by membership tier

VIP Member

Members who have ordered more than
50 million won in the past 5 years

Earn 4% on the booking amount

Gold Member

Members who have ordered between
10 million won and 50 million won in the past 5 years

Earn 3.5% on the booking amount

Silver Member

Members who have ordered less than
10 million won in the past 5 years

Earn 3% on the booking amount

Point accumulation time

Booking → KRW payment (bank transfer, virtual account, or real-time bank transfer) → Booking confirmed → Product used → Points credited automatically more than 8 days after check-in.

Notes

Points cannot be used for reservations that accrue points.
When paying in JPY, you cannot earn or redeem points, and the payment does not count toward your membership tier.
For bookings paid partly with points, points are earned on the remaining amount paid.
The points programs for Winwin Travel World (excluding Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Guam) and partner members are separate.

For hotels, points are earned only on products contracted directly by Monkey (Winwin); partner products are not eligible.

Point details

Value: 1 point is worth 1 Korean won.
Minimum: You can use at least 5,000 points when paying 10,000 won or more.
Use: Points can be used like cash for all products, except when paying in JPY. For bookings paid partly with points, you can earn points on the remaining amount paid.
Validity: 3 years. Unused points expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Ownership: Points may be used only for bookings made in your name. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. All points expire when you close your membership account and cannot be restored.
