Booking & Cancellation Fees
Winwin Travel charges no fees for cancellations or changes!

If a cancellation penalty is imposed by the product supplier (hotel, tour company, spa, etc.), we will do our best to help you avoid it. However, if a penalty applies, we may only be able to refund the amount after deducting the penalty, or a full refund may not be possible.
We do not charge any additional service fees — any charges are solely penalties imposed by the product supplier.
The policy below is a general guideline. Products with stricter cancellation terms will follow their own respective policy instead.

Hotel Reservation change and cancellation fee
High season November 1st ~ the following year's March 31st

Notice of cancellation policy during the high season and holidays

  • During peak seasons such as year-end holidays, Korean national holidays, and Vietnamese public holidays, stricter cancellation penalties may apply.
  • Please exercise extra caution when booking or canceling during these periods.
  • If unexpected circumstances arise, we will do our best to negotiate with the hotel on your behalf.

Refund policy
  • The refund process varies depending on the payment method as follows:
  • Virtual account and wire transfer :
    Please provide the exact account number to receive the refund.
    The refund will be deposited into the account within 2 business days from the date of receipt.
  • Credit card and real-time account transfer (full cancellation) :
    The card authorization or transfer will be reversed.
    Your credit limit or balance may take 1–7 business days to be fully restored.
  • Mobile phone payment :
    Only same-month cancellations are accepted.
    If canceled in the following month, the refund amount will exclude the 3.5% processing fee.

Important Notes: Changes & Cancellations
  • All requests are processed based on 18:00 Korean Standard Time (KST). Any request received after 18:00 KST will be treated as received the following day.
  • Check-in date calculations are based on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Vietnam.
  • The cancellation policy above is for general reference only and may vary by product and date. The specific terms for each product take precedence.
  • Pre-announced guaranteed bookings (non-refundable reservations, etc.) are fully non-refundable, regardless of how much time remains.
  • For hotel bookings, early check-out after check-in is non-refundable for the remaining nights.
  • For hotel and golf bookings, non-Korean guests (including foreign passport holders) may be subject to separate foreigner rates.
  • Please be aware that making 2 or more changes or cancellations may result in a penalty from the supplier, even on dates that would otherwise qualify for a full refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be made through Winwin Travel. We are not responsible for any issues or losses arising from cancellations made directly with the hotel or service provider.
  • Winwin Travel acts as a booking agent on your behalf. Any disputes regarding misrepresentation, substandard services, deposits, or other matters must be resolved directly between the customer and the relevant product supplier.
