Point Usage Policy

The Winwin Travel point benefits are largely offered in two ways.

We want to contribute to the customer's benefit through the point system and
share the excitement, fun, leisure, and memories of travel.

Earn points based on product reservations

All products of Winwin Travel can be reserved and used.

However, points are not accumulated when paying in local currency.

TWD payment is not eligible for point accumulation.

Member benefits by grade

VIP Member

Members who have ordered more than
50 million won in the past 5 years

Order amount 4% accumulation

Gold Member

Members who have ordered between
10 million won and 50 million won in the past 5 years

Order amount 3.5% accumulation

Silver Member

Members who have ordered less than
10 million won in the past 5 years

Order amount 3% accumulation

Point accumulation time

Reservation → KRW remittance payment (deposit without a bankbook, virtual account, real-time account transfer) → Reservation confirmed → Reservation product used → Automatic accumulation after more than 8 days of check-in.

Notes

Points cannot be used for reservations that accrue points.
When paying with TWD, points are not accumulated, existing accumulated points cannot be used, and it does not affect your membership level.
For reservations that use points, the payment amount after deducting the points is again accumulated.
The point system for Winwin Travel World (Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Guam) and partner members is separately applied.

In the case of hotels, only win-win direct management products will be accumulated points, and other affiliated products will be excluded from the accumulation of points.

Point details

Value: 1 point has the same value as 1 Korean Won.
Minimum: 5,000 points are available when paying 10,000 won or more.
Use: All products can be used like cash (cannot be used when paying with TWD). For reservations paid with points, the points accumulated for the points used can be accumulated again.
Validity: 5 years (Points that are not used for a period of time will be automatically expired if the validity period expires.)
Ownership of rights: Only available when booking with your own name.
